- Lalu bulatkan satu per satu. Pipihkan beri isian butter dan bulatkan lagi. Proofing kurang lebih 40 menit.
- Campur bahan topping. Aduk dg whisk lalu masukkan dlm plastik segitiga. Sisihkan.
- Setelah proofing semprot atasnya dg topping..
- Oven disuhu 170- 180 derajat kurang lebih 20 menit.
